Returns & Refunds policy

We encourage customers to be sure of the mask sizes and features of items before making payment.

Items can be returned within 14 days upon receipt of shipment, in its original packaging to Easmed office.

For Bundled Items, all items in the bundle must be returned in order for the return to be processed.

Mask are non-returnable if it has been used.

Shipping cost will not be refunded if items were sent via courier or post.

Items are subject to inspection before acceptance and valid reason. Inspection may take 2-4 days from the date of receipt.

You may only return devices for exchange 1-for-1 if the items are due to manufacturing defects.

Refund will be initiated upon acceptance and processed via the same payment method
